We are looking for an ENERGETIC individual to support our team in areas related to Customer Service and Community Management (Perfect English required)
CUSTOMER SERVICE REPRESENTATIVE & COMMUNITY MANAGER
Some of the key tasks you’ll need to do:
- Manage and respond to customers' emails and phone calls (English only)
- Manage and respond to customers' messages on Instagram, Facebook, etc.
- Generate sales leads
- Keep records of customer interactions
- Post and create content for our social media channels (Facebook, Instagram, etc.)
We are looking for someone with:
- Excellent command of English, written and spoken with strong oral and written communication skills (all queries need to be responded in English)
- Have a cheerful and outgoing personality
- Ability to multitask, prioritize, and and manage time effectively
- Be highly creative and with a strong desire to be part of our growing startup
